Eligibility

Our website and services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If as a parent or guardian, you become aware that your child or ward child has provided us with any information without your consent, please contact us through details on this Privacy Policy.

Registration of Account

In order to use any Chyborn Gold services, you must first register by providing your full name, e-mail address, password, and affirm your acceptance of this Agreement. Chyborn Gold may, at our sole discretion, revoke account registrations, and/or limit the number of Chyborn Gold Accounts a single user may establish and maintain at any time.

Price and payment

We accept payment with various methods as confirmed to you in your account section. When you must pay depends on what type of Order you are making
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, there may be an error in the exchange rate in your Order. We will normally check exchange rates before accepting your Order so that where there is an error in the exchange rate communicated to you we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your Order.

Contacting us to make a change

If you wish to make a change to your Order please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

Data collection

Once you’re logged in, you become an identifiable person to us, thus we track and keep more information about you, including your personal data. We may share your personal information with third parties if we are requested or required to do so by the police or any regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities, or upon the receipt of a court order, and such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Paynovus rights or property. We may also provide third parties with aggregate statistical information and analytics about users of our Service, but we will make sure that no one can be identified from this information before we disclose it.

Warranty period

Within 24 hours of the execution of the digital currency transaction, the Customer warrants for services provided, unless otherwise noted.

Contingencies.

In the case where unforeseen circumstances that contribute to non-compliance with terms of the agreement by the Customer during the processing of the Customer’s application, the timing of application accomplishment are delayed for the corresponding period of the duration of the force majeure. The Customer is not responsible for overdue obligations.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify and hold harmless with respect to any and all liabilities, claims, causes of action, injuries, costs, attorney’s fees, losses, and/or damages of any kind or character directly or indirectly arising out of matters relating in any way to this Agreement and your transactions with Chyborn Gold.

Suspension and Termination

We may issue a warning or temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your account or any of your sales if
(i) you breach this User Agreement,
(ii) you provide false information or we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us,
(iii) you infringe the intellectual property rights of others, or (iv) you engage in any act of collusion or price manipulation.

Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, and payment of applicable taxes regarding your use of our service and your sale of any phones.
